High Frequency Technology in Formed Plywood Production

High Frequency Technology in Formed Plywood Production

33 years of partnership with formed plywood manufacturers

The use of formed plywood parts in the furniture industry is increasing day by day. The use of High Frequency (HF) technology in the manufacturing of these parts significantly reduces the production times compared to conventional systems and increases the efficiency of the enterprise. Homogeneous gluing can be achieved in minutes.
SONAR HF generators are designed with dual outputs so as to provide energy to two separate presses respectively for continuous production.
This technology is mostly used in the furniture industry for gluing and shaping of veneer, solid panel production, door, window, frame production, and similar applications.
